Your order is placed in online or with one of our knowledgable sales representatives. Your Order is sent to the warehouse where it will be picked and packed to be ready for shipping. Pictures are taken throught the packaging process. Your pictures are available to be sure you know what to expect. Your package is picked up by one of our trusted carriers to be sent to you. 
Shipping Pictures
We hold our shipping and packaging department to high standards that should be expected from a company shipping your goods. That is why we have developed our state of the art shipping management system. Here you will have to ability to track your freight and see what your package looks like when it leaves our warehouse. There may be companies that show you a picture of a pool on a pallet but the pictures that our customers see are of their pool specifically.
We wrap our pools in a different color wrap than the freight carriers use. This will ensure that your pallet has not been re-wrapped in the rare case there was an issue in shipping. Each pool is strapped with a heavy duty green plastic strap to secure it to the pallet. We are one of the very few companies that actually stock the items that we sell and this is how we can implement the software and systems for our customers. Other companies are subject to the system set in place by a drop ship facility.
In the past we have used drop ship companies to ship our pools and product, however, being at the mercy of a different company to handle our customers freight was not a viable option. We had no say in the quality of the packing process, which is crucial to your pool arriving in good condition. We have opened our own warehouses (click here to see pictures) so we can have our hands on everything that leaves our facility. Being that we stock most of the prodcts that we sell, we can offer sale them to you at the lowest possible price. We will be more than happy to price match any competitors pricing.

We have a full staff of customer service representatives ready to answer and solve any customer service question or issue.
