What is an "onground" pool?
Onground pools are stronger than normal above ground pools. They are basically inground pool systems that can be used above ground, semi-inground or completely inground without voiding any warranty. You would get a true 20mil inground pool liner with your pool kit and can choose any depth you with from 40" to 72".
Installation is easier with onground pools!
Onground pools have several panels that bolt together. There is no need to uncoil a cumbersome large roll of steel that above ground pools use. Onground pools use 14ga galvanides steel walls that bolt together at the joints of each panel. Round pools require no extra braces, while oval pools require some braces on the straight sides. Round pools can be installed above ground, partially below ground or fully below ground. Oval pools however are required to be installed atleast 2ft deep in the ground or fully inground to ensure straight wall integrity. You can install oval pools above ground but extra care must be taken during installation.
True Radius Curves!
Since onground pools use the same steel that is used in professional inground pool installations, all radius panels are a true radius, unlike the above ground pool systems that have an octagonal look to them.
Finishing an onground pool
Since onground pools are essentially inground pool systems, you would need to build a deck around the pool or finish off the outside of the walls with brick, wood or any other way you would like to make your yard as unique as you would like. Here is a link on how to build a deck.
